Syrian rebels free dozens from ISIS
detention in Syria’s al-Bab
Abu Malek al-Babi, commander of Liwaa al-Tawheed of the FSA, said that FSA-linked “sleeper cells” have freed dozens of prisoners from IS detention centers in the city of al-Bab.
