'Syrian armed groups destroy civilian facilities with imported weapons'
What I found interesting about this wasn't the rubbish Lebanese Foreign Minister Adnan Mansour was coming out with, but that he seemed to be doing it in a very formulaic fashion, unlike when Sergei Lavrov says much the same stuff when he tries to make it convincing, which suggests that the interests of the Lebanese state and the pro-Syrian factions within it don't really benefit from supporting Assad's rule, but have to do so because of their alliances, while the Russian state does benefit and this encourages true belief.
