22 August 2013"The hard thing was not the death, itself; It was the panic in people's eyes. Usually in such cases we ask for evacuation; however, there were hundreds of thousands of civilians in a besieged area; no evacuation was possible.
What was harder than that is watching a three-month baby girl dying and not being able to help her. In Douma alone, 22 martyrs could've been saved, were the required medical supplies available one month ago."
