A Demonstration In Sweida Calling For The Overthrow Of The Regime And The Unity Of Syria
'Activists on Saturday held a demonstration in the town of Mazra'a, west of the city of Sweida, calling for Syria's unity and toppling of Assad's regime.
The activists in the demonstration called for the unity and freedom of Syria and the overthrow of Assad's regime with slogans such as "Syria lives and Bashar al-Assad falls," and “an independent free Syria, so our martyrs spoke." As well as "No occupation, no division, no to imprisonment."
The demonstrators also carried signs greeting the killed Wahid al-Bala'us, pictures of victims who were killed in regime jails, and of the first lieutenant of the opposition factions Khaldun Zaineddin, who was killed years ago in Daraa countryside.
Noteworthy that Saturday's demonstration was the third in Sweida, controlled by the Syrian regime, less than a month after similar demonstrations in April.'
