William Shawcross

Charity Commission warns of
Islamic extremism threat

"Mr Shawcross told the Sunday Times the regulator is taking action against charities sending money to various groups in Syria."
Wanker.
"In 2011 he joined the board of the Anglo-Israel Association and was appointed to the board of the Henry Jackson Society."*
The HJS were some of the few people last year advocating arming the Syrian rebels, but are supporters of a neo-conservative foreign policy. Another reason why you can't just divide people into those who want to help Syria and those who do not, and why certain ways of helping may not turn out as you expect.
